Welcome to ASADA Malinches de Pinilla, we take pride in being a reference aqueduct in the Guanacaste area, committed to quality water supply and effective management in commerce, administration, operations, and projects.
At ASADA Malinches de Pinilla we understand that integrated water resource management promotes community development and supports the socioeconomic growth of neighboring communities through job creation.
Aware of the aforementioned and considering the growth and development must continue, we anticipate future demands, through planning and execution of significant hydraulic infrastructure projects to meet expected water demands in the coming years.
Also, as part of Hacienda Pinilla’s community, we promote water conservation and environmental awareness among our users, aiming to provide not just water but tranquility, trust, and commitment to the well-being of our community.
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The Management Association of Aqueducts and Sanitary Sewage (ASADA Malinches de Pinilla) was legally established in 2010, in order to fulfill the need of a managing entity of the drinking water system at the residential community and tourist development of Hacienda Pinilla; nevertheless, it was until January 2015 it began formal operations.
From the beginning, ASADA Malinches de Pinilla has promoted and executed project to normalize its operations and make the system stable, and once this was achieved, it has dedicated efforts to increase and make the system more efficient, thus becoming one of the most recognized ASADAs in the region for its organizational efficiency, commercial management, compliance with regulations, innovative project management and excellent financial management among others.
The community’s annual user or service growth rate is 12%, reaching up to 18% in recent years, significantly above the national average. This drives ASADA Malinches to anticipate and seek alternatives of avant-garde projects to ensure the water supply for current and future users.
The team and the Board of Directors are aware that the work of the ASADA and the diligence in the project management and execution are key factors in promoting the development of the community and benefiting the inhabitants of neighboring communities with job generation
